'Artists On the Inside' is comprised of artwork created by people during their incarceration in a South Australian adult prison. The works offer glimpses into the artist's lives, their experiences of incarceration, and provides the platform to share their stories.
An A4 sized artwork expressing my deprivation of being treated as a person before the law since reporting police misconduct 2014 but a Surreal picture capturing the feels of the moment.
The silk painting 'Human Rights Matter'; silk art, is right up my alley, working with fabrics and dyes as a fashion designer. The wax and paint technique giving a lovely effect with bleeding of colour into colour well placed. Fun activities thanks to KU Arts.
